Q: How do I change my address?

A: On your next visit to your local store, fill in a new application form with your updated details.

Your Lucky Buys Reward card

Q. I have noticed that my Lucky Buys card does not swipe properly at my local store and the staff can not get my points balance. What can I do?

A: Check to see that you are not using an old card. If you are, please start using your new card.

Q. When I shop I noticed by card said not valid. What does this mean?

A. Not a valid card means the magnetic strip on the back of your card has been damaged. The store can either enter your card manually or issue you with a replacement card and we can transfer your points..

Q: I lost my card, what do I do?

A: Please visit your local store & let them know. The store will provide you with a new card and an application form to fill in. We will then transfer your points to your new card.

Your Reward Points

Q. How will I know what my points balance is?

A. Just ask at your participating Lucky Buys Reward retailer, they will swipe your card and read your points tally from the Loyalty Terminal.

Note: Lucky Buys Reward points have a 24 hour validation period therefore points collected today will not be available for redemption until the following day.

Q. How many points do I receive per dollars spent?

A: Please visit your local store & ask a staff member. Points per dollar spent may vary from store to store.

Q. Can someone else use my points?

A. Your Lucky Buys Reward points can only be redeemed by you. Lucky Buys Reward points are not transferable to any other person.

Q. How long does it take to transfer my points?

A. Once we receive the form to transfer your points from your local store, it can take up to three weeks.

Note: If you have been waiting for longer then three weeks, please let the store know and they will contact us.

Q: Do my points expire?

A: Reward points earned will not expire, unless the store terminates the program. Always refer back to the store in this instance.

Note: Under circumstances that a store terminates the program please refer back to the store on the redemption of points.

Your rewards and prizes

Q: I have over the required amount of points to receive a voucher, when will I receive it?

A: Vouchers are sent monthly therefore you will always receive your voucher the following month. E.G – If you have over 50points before the end of June, you will receive your voucher in July.

Q: I have over the required amount of points & I haven’t received my voucher for over two months. Why would this be?

A: Your address details are incorrect or missing from the database. Please visit your local store to fill in an application form or email us via the website. Visit Contact Us.

Note: Always check with your local store on how you claim your reward voucher, as some participating Lucky Buys stores redeem points & provide your voucher in-store. Ask a staff member or look out for posters when you shop!

Q. How do I enter the Major Prize Draw?

A. Each time you shop with your Lucky Buys Reward card at participating stores, you will be entered into the regular Major Prize Draw.

Note: You must always hand over your Lucky Buys Reward card before making any transactions. Not only are you entered into the draw to Win cars and holidays, but you’ll also be collecting valuable Lucky Buys Reward Points.
